Dandelion Greens!


Spring is really here! John picked Dandelion greens down the pasture lane today and enjoyed them for lunch. A little vinegar, minced garlic, and a nice dollop of homemade cultured butter on top! Wow! They were fantastic!!

  2. ... And we enjoyed some on Sunday too, didn't we!

    For what it's worth, I sort of "flash cook" and "sweat" the greens in just a little bit of water, olive oil and butter... I throw in a couple dashes of salt and a lemon slice.
